LICENSED GRADUATE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR
Robby Borah

Starting therapy is a brave step, and I’m glad you’re here. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking more balance, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what matters most to you. I believe that therapy works best when it’s tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. My role is to help you navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, purpose, and self-compassion.

I work with clients ages 8 and above on life transitions, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use disorders. I’ll work alongside you to create a plan that reflects your values, your voice, and your goals. I also work with couples and families to help improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—while staying flexible and collaborative in every session. I strive to make therapy feel approachable, empowering, and incorporate real-life tools you can carry with you.

I believe everyone has the right to grow, live out their values, and find true joy. I look forward to hearing from you and being a part of your journey.
