LICENSED GRADUATE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Hey there! I’m so glad you’re here. Seeking out therapy shows a brave desire to explore, confront, heal, and grow — and you're so worthy of finding a safe person who can facilitate that for you. I use a holistic, person-centered approach to connect with individuals, couples, and families ages 10+. I aim to show up authentically in therapy (in the hopes that you will too!) and adapt it so that we can empower your inner voice and work toward forming healthy connections with those around us. I also specialize in culturally responsive therapy and working with those who are people of color, LGBTQ+, or children of immigrants.

My therapeutic style is informed by mindfulness-based approaches as well as here-and-now interpersonal techniques. Our sessions might look like fostering non-judgment and acceptance of emotions/experiences, using honesty and challenge within the therapeutic relationship to promote change, and finding more helpful and compassionate ways of thinking and being.

Therapy can be a collaborative process grounded in mutual trust and authenticity - let's be in open dialogue about how I can help you move toward the values, relationships, and life you want! Together, we can find ways to cultivate joy and hope while also holding space for painful emotions and experiences. Whenever you're feeling ready, let's get started.
