As your therapist, I believe you are the expert on your own story. I use a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you develop the confidence and self-efficacy to make meaningful changes.
I also love incorporating creative approaches into our sessions, such as journaling, writing, art, music, and games. I will be a supportive, listening ear while carefully challenging you to step outside your comfort zone. My goal is to ensure you feel truly heard and understood as you navigate difficult circumstances. Wherever you are on your journey, I am here to meet you there and provide a safe space to heal.
