LICENSED GRADUATE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

People seek out therapy for all sorts of reasons - depression, anxiety, grief, purpose, loneliness, support - and therapy can help address all of them. Given the uniqueness of the therapy relationship, finding a good match is a vital step in making the most out of your self-investment. We may be a good fit if you are an adolescent or adult man looking for assistance with substance use, anger, trauma, depressed mood, and/or anxiety, and if you want to approach your growth through curiosity, humor, and purpose. Therapy does not have to always be a somber or serious affair; it can also be fun, exciting, and deeply rewarding.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adult men, particularly law enforcement/first responders, military, and perpetrators of violence. I approach therapy through a lens of curiosity and self-empathy. These virtues can provide meaningful, lasting change that will carry you through today and tomorrow. I provide both individual and family therapy.

My goal is to help my clients (and their families) not just feel heard and understood themselves, but learn to hear and understand others, as well. Being social creatures, our relationships can provide us with incredible experiences - let’s go find them together.
