Starting therapy is a meaningful and brave step toward growth and change. It’s not always easy, but you won’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you—offering support, encouragement, and a space where you can show up just as you are. Whether we talk things through, explore through art, or use other creative, mindful practices, I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity. I strive to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and judgment-free—where your voice and your experience matter.
Together, we’ll build tools to manage whatever symptoms or challenges you’re facing, while also exploring the deeper threads that may be shaping your story. Therapy can be a place of insight, relief, growth—and even a few unexpected laughs along the way. I've been an art therapist for over 20 years, working with people of all ages and walks of life.
I’ve seen how creativity can open doors to healing in ways words alone sometimes can’t. You might be surprised by what your own art can show you. Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my family, working out and treasure hunting in thrift stores.
I look forward to getting to know you and discovering what helps you feel most like you.
