Stress and powerful emotions can strike at any time throughout our life which is why I want to welcome clients to speak openly and freely about their concerns. I work with a wide range of clients who seek therapy for depression, anxiety, stress management, and other emotional challenges. My practice uses therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My hope is to
