My practice incorporates solutions-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), arts-based, and mindfulness techniques. I aim to help you find the right tools to empower you in overcoming life’s obstacles.
I work with adults and children, both individually and in groups. I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, phobias, substance use, and a wide array of other emotional and situational challenges.
